2016年以来，在现行法律的基础上，我国先后出台并实施了《网络安全法》等多部法律法规，全面推进依法治国、依法行政与依法治网的国家治理战略。从网络安全法律体系的日臻完备到公民个人信息保障体系的快速发展，从网络新闻信息服务的深度规制到网络产业监管的全面加强，互联网管理部门在现行法律框架下，通过制定行政规章的方式，培养法治文化、重塑网络空间，迅速加强对互联网的行政规制力度与频度。
On the basis of the existing laws，China has promulgated and implemented many laws and regulations since 2016，such as Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China，comprehensively promoted national governance strategies of rule of law，law-based administration，controlling the net by law. From the completion of the legal system of network security to the rapid development of the personal information security system of citizens，from the deep regulation of the network news information service to the comprehensive supervision of the network industry，the Internet management departments have adopted administrative rules and regulations to cultivate the culture of the rule of law，reshape the cyberspace，and rapidly strengthen the intensity and frequency of administrative regulation of the Internet under the current legal framework.
