“一带一路”倡议提出已经三年多，中国领导人在世界各地积极地宣传、推进，沿线很多国家已经接受并积极响应。“一带一路”建设在一些国家和地区已初见成效，受到了当地人民的热烈拥护和赞成。其中，中亚地区就是早接受、早建设、早受益的地区。基于中国新疆与中亚地区具有其他地区无法替代的优势，“一带一路”建设在中亚地区推进比较顺利且效果显著，逐渐起到示范效应。中国新疆与中亚国家共建“一带一路”，既实现了互利共赢，更加深了两地关系，实现互联互通领域合作的快速推进，为未来“一带一路”建设的深入奠定了牢固基础。
The three-plus years since the launch the BRI saw the active promotion of BRI by Chinese leadership across the globe and the ready response from countries en route. Encouraging results have shown in countries and regions，earning the welcome and approval of local people. Among the regions，Central Asia is one that accepts early，constructs early and benefits early. Thanks to the irreplaceable advantages enjoyed by Xinjiang and Central Asia，the smooth unfolding of BRI in Central Asia will serve as a remarkable role model. The joint construction of BRI by Xinjiang and Central Asia will prove to be conducive to mutual benefit and intensive connectivity，laying a firm foundation for the further unfolding of BRI.
