Chinese enterprises in Southeast Asia have always been the hot spot of overseas Chinese studies. This paper attempts to estimate the total asset value of Chinese enterprises in Southeast Asia，including the local listed and unlisted large corporations，the small and medium-sized and the Chinese invested rises from outside. The result of this paper is the total asset value of Chinese enterprises in Southeast Asia is estimated about US$1.5 trillion，far more than the estimated amount by the China News Service.
