电动汽车替代燃油汽车前景对未来能源需求的影响分析

本文对世界和中国电动汽车的发展情况进行了总结,在中国能源模型系统的框架下对发展电动汽车对我国未来能源需求的影响进行了分析。结果表明,电动汽车对燃油汽车的替代,将会显著提高对电力的需求,并影响到我国未来的能源供给结构。为此,我国须加快调整电力结构,推动天然气发电的发展,否则将会影响到正在进行的减煤工作的效果。同时,本文还认为,应该多种技术路线并行,以不同技术的竞争推动整个产业的发展。

Abstract

This report reviews the development of global and China’s electric vehicle(EV)industry,and analyze how this development will influence future energy mix of China with background through the China Energy Modeling System. The result shows that the development of EV will have a sound impact to energy mix in future,raising the demand of electricity. Thus China needs to enhance her policy on coal-power generation and promote the development of natural gas-power more quickly,otherwise the effects of coal-reduction policy will be mitigated by this fast demand. Meanwhile,this report also suggests China should encourage the competition among different technical routes of EV,including pure EV,PHECV,Hybrid,etc. This competition will promote the development of the whole industry as well as technological updating.
