2017年以来国民经济整体运行稳定，1～9月我国规模以上工业增加值同比增长6.7%，增速较上年同期加快0.7个百分点；高技术产业增长13.4%，高于规模以上工业6.7个百分点，较上年同期加快2.8个百分点，增长优势更加凸显，高耗能行业增长缓慢，工业结构调整进一步优化；规模以上工业企业利润同比增长22.8%，增速比1～8月加快1.2个百分点；去产能效果突出。1～9月工业产能利用率为76.6%，同比回升3.5个百分点，为近五年来最高水平。预计，四季度规模以上工业增加值同比增长6.5%左右，全年增长6.6%左右。
The national economy has been operating steadily in 2017. The value added of large-scale industrial enterprises year-on-year increased by 6.7% from January to September，an acceleration of 0.7 percentage points from the same period of previous year. The growth rate of high-tech industries was 13.4%，higher than that of the industries above designated size 6.7 percentage point，an acceleration of 2.8 percentage points from the same period of previous year. The high-tech growth was even more prominent，while the high energy-consuming industries was slow. As a result，the industrial structure was further optimized. The profits of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 22.8% over the same period of last year，accelerating 1.2% percentage points. The reduction effect of excess capacity is outstanding. From January to September，industrial capacity utilization was 76.6%，up 3.5% from the same period of last year，which is the highest level in nearly five years. It is expected that in the fourth quarter above-scale industrial added value growth rate will increase by about 6.5%，and the annual will increase of 6.6%.
