Human’s life and development on earth cannot leave the earth’s ecological environment and resources，and the establishment of the country is to protect the human to different groups to enjoy these resources as fair as possible. Now the earth is full of countries and the conflicts between countries divided with the frontier are widespread，So the essence of the frontier crisis is the contradiction between more and more of the earth’s population and less and less of the earth’s resources. How to resolve the crisis？This article attempts from the ecological environment and its impact to human survival，and to discuss how to resolve the essence for the frontier crisis of the population and resource conflicts.
