源头品质管控

文章摘要

本文首先指出我国餐厨废弃物源头品质已经由“吃不饱”变成了“吃不好”,非食品类杂质含量达到8%~10%,并从人为操作和管理政策两方面剖析了影响餐厨废弃物原料品质的因素,然后总结日本和中国台湾地区、重庆市的餐厨废弃物管理实践经验,提出了清晰合理的品质要求、完整有效的管理体系以及因地制宜的落地措施分别是源头品质管理的前提、基石和抓手,从而为进一步加强我国餐厨废弃物源头品质管控,提高其资源利用率提供参考。

Abstract

Raw material quality is the critical factor of the recycling capability for food waste. In this paper,the raw material of food waste becomes “badly” from “hungrily”. The contents of impurities could achieve 8% to 10%,and the influence factors including both human and policy of raw material quality of Chinese food waste are described. Based on it,clear quality requirement,integrity management system and effective measures are proposed as the premise,foundation and solution of raw material quality management separately by summarizing the practical experience of food waste management in China,Japan and Taiwan reigon,so as to provide information for further strengthening raw material quality management and improving the recycling capability of food waste.
