首先，“一带一路”是包容性发展的拓展和深化，是一种超越发展程度、社会制度、文化传统及宗教信仰的合作共赢；其次，“一带一路”既能拓展香港与内地的合作，又助力解决香港自身的问题，同时还让香港获得新的发展机遇；最后，香港应该在“一带一路”建设中成为不同发展程度、不同社会制度、不同文化传统及宗教信仰国家和地区共同发展的引领者。
This paper believes that “The Belt and Road” is expanding and deepening of inclusive development，is a win-win cooperation beyond the development level，cultural tradition and religious belief，social system；secondly，“The Belt and Road” will not only expand the co-operation between Hong kong and the mainland，and help Hong kong solve their own problems，at the same time let Hong kong get new opportunities for development；at last，Hong kong should be in the “The Belt and Road” construction become the different levels of development，different social systems，cultural traditions and religious beliefs，national and regional common development leader.
