Public cultural construction of county provides strong spiritual motive and intellectual support for economic construction and social development in county area. Public cultural construction of county has great significance to build a harmonious socialist society. This paper researches on the present situation of public cultural construction in Hubei province，makes differential analysis on different levels of public cultural construction，and puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of public cultural construction in county area.
