This paper analyzes and demonstrates the challenges of current financial technology including block chain，distributed bill，digital currency，crypto-currency and so on in information security management from the perspective of information and financial security through reviewing the historical evolution of currency and transactions. Also，this paper proposes the theory of persuading and managing financial technology from the legal，regulatory and security aspects on the basis of the legal digital currency.
