中泰两国跨境电商战略合作平台构建

中泰两国是建立全面战略合作伙伴关系的友好邻邦,自1978年3月签订贸易协定以来,双边贸易额逐年上升,2016年达到758.86亿美元。电商时代的到来,也促进了两国跨境电商的合作与发展,如泰国上品有限公司与云南益民食易购电商股份有限公司合作推出的“食易购”平台、中检集团与泰华网合作推出的“泰1号店”。中泰两国国情差异以及跨境电商的合作缺乏战略性思维,导致跨境电商平台的运营方式、技术水平和服务品质等存在严重失调问题。本文在论述中泰两国跨境电商的发展现状基础上,对中泰两国跨境电商战略合作宏观环境进行了PEST分析,给出了中泰两国跨境电商战略合作平台的建设途径及内容,并提出了中泰两国跨境电商战略合作平台的建设原则及策略,目的在于解决问题,以完善中泰两国跨境电商的合作,促进中泰经贸合作健康可持续发展。

Abstract

China has long been building a strategic relationship of friendship and partnership with Thailand. Since the signing of the trade agreement in March 1978,the Sino-Thai bilateral trade volume has been on the rise year by year,which has been $758.86 billion in 2016. The advent of the era of e-commerce promotes the cooperation and development of cross-border business between the two countries. For instance,Top Grade of Thailand and Yunnan Yimin Food Tesco E-commerce launched the platform Food Tesco,Thaicn. Net and CCIC Group established the e-commerce website Thailand No. 1 Store. Due to the difference of situations between China and Thailand,and the lack of strategic thinking during the cross-border cooperation,there exist serious problems in the operation mode,technical level and service quality of cross-border e-commerce platform.

On the basis of a discussion about the implementation status of Sino-Thai cross-border e-commerce,this paper exerts a PEST analysis on its macro environment of strategic cooperation. Then,we put forward the construction paths and contents of Sino-Thai strategic cooperation platform for cross-border e-commerce,as well as the construction principles and strategies. This paper aims to solve the problems of Sino-Thai cross-border e-commerce and promote a healthier and more sustainable development of economic and trade cooperation between China and Thailand.
