近年来，中泰两国旅游合作不断深化，双方互访的游客数量呈现持续增长态势，但同时，复杂多变的旅游突发事件频发，负面网络舆情影响扩大，对两国跨境旅游应急管理工作形成了极大的挑战。本文主要分析了2015～2016年两国旅游突发事件的类型及网络舆情特点，设计中泰旅游网络舆情监测平台，借助大数据技术提出两国旅游应急管理合作机制构建方案。
Recently，tourism cooperation between China and Thailand has been continuously deepened，while the number of tourists keeps increasing. However，the number of complex and varied tourism risk incidents also increased，which brings great challenge to cross-border cooperation on tourism emergency management between China and Thailand. This article is set to analyze the major type and risk factors of tourism incidents from 2015 to 2016 in China and Thailand，to design a big-data based cross-border network public opinion supervision and tourism emergency management cooperation platform，to improve the two countries’ cooperation mechanism on the tourism emergency management on risk identification，emergency response and emergency rescue.
