The Party and government attaches great importance to the social security of land expropriated farmers，to ensure the implementation of social security funds and land expropriated farmers，governments at all levels to make a lot of effort，but in actual operation，there are still problems of land expropriated farmers in arrears of social security funds，government subsidies can not be implemented，to solve the social security of land expropriated farmers，the implementation of funds is not in place，it can not achieve a real sense of security，therefore，should set about from the top-level design，its clear from the national level，with the upper law constraints among departments and regions to better communication and cooperation.We will gradually unify the social security policies for the land expropriated farmers，and focus on solving the problems of social security for Landless Peasants
