As one of the most important development form in E-commerce，Rural E-commerce play a important role in aspects of China's new rural construction，increasing farmers' income and promoting farmers' employment.Based on the concept and recent development of Rural E-commerce，this paper explored the influence of Rural E-commerce on farmers' employment and self-employment and precision for poverty alleviation，meanwhile provided guidance policy advice for the effective development of rural E-commerce in China.
