This paper focused on the evolution of China's flexible employment in the current economic and social development，and analyzed the characteristics of various forms of flexible employment in the new economic model.It studied the shortcomings and limitations of the realistic flexible employment policy，and gave policy recommendations for the government to further encourage and support the development of flexible employment and new employment forms
