In recent years，the amount of motor vehicles and the transit volume increases rapidly in China. Due to technological progress and the control measures，the growth rate of exhaust fumes was significantly lower than that of the amount of motor vehicles and transit volume growth rate. But with the whole society to vigorously promote energy saving and emission reduction，the causes of haze in the contribution rate of motor vehicles is increasing，the motor vehicle exhaust emissions have become more and more important sources of haze. Therefore，we should increase innovation，and more effectively prevent vehicle exhaust pollution，and achieve coordinated control of motor vehicles and haze governance.
