针对信贷过程中产生信贷配给失衡问题，本文通过数理推导证实了个人信用评分能有效优化调节信贷配给偏差问题，对个人信用评分的作用机理进行微观层面的分析；对个人信用评分的效用从信息不对称、逆向选择、道德风险等多个维度进行分析；从信用评分体系角度论证了其对信贷配给的优化效用，并在微观层面，即信用评分指标与样本结构对信贷配给的优化进行分析。
Credit rationing issues exist in the credit process.Exploration of personal credit scoring has solved and optimized the credit rationing biases through mathematical induction.Micro-structural analysis is presented for personal credit scoring.Utility analysis of it is proposed in dimensions of information asymmetry，adverse selection and ethical risk.The study offers important insight toward the integral mechanisms of credit scoring optimization for credit rationing.In addition，to solve the problems of credit rationing in micro aspects，optimizations of index system and sample structure are analyzed.
