进入2015年以来的中国经济运行，初步表现出新常态经济提质增效的实质特征。本文基于现代马克思主义政治经济学观点，在“认识新常态、适应新常态、引领新常态、探索新常态”这一经济发展的逻辑框架下，结合2015年以来的经济运行状况，从经济增长、自主创新、产业结构、生态环境、区域协调、改善民生、混合所有制、金融发展、市场与政府的协同作用、搞好适度扩大需求和供给侧结构性改革等十个角度，对当前和近期国民经济发展进行评论与展望。
Chinese economy showed the feature of fitness and health quality and efficiency from 2015，this paper evaluated and prospected the current economy based on Modern Marxist Political Economics，and deemed that it should discuss from the point of economic growth，independent innovation，industrial structure，ecological environment，regional coordination，improve people’s livelihood，the mixed ownership，the synergy of financial development，market and government，moderate expansion of demand and reform of the supply front，which would expound within the framework of the logic of economic development，combined with the situation of economic operation.
