中阿饮食文化交流发展报告

近年来,随着我国“一带一路”倡议的推进,中国与阿拉伯国家之间的饮食文化交流活动愈加频繁。中阿饮食文化交流必然带来餐饮业、旅游业等相关产业的发展,有效促进中国与阿拉伯国家之间的文化发展与进步,值得高度关注和深入研究。中国食品企业要想进军“一带一路”沿线国家市场,开拓与阿拉伯国家的饮食文化交流,就要深入了解其复杂交错的地缘政治、形态各异的风土人情,以及在对华合作态度方面存在的差异性等诸多难题。美食优化将是中阿饮食文化交流的新趋势。通过制定完善的中阿清真食品认证机制,深化中阿饮食文化交流。

Abstract

In recent years,with the advance of China’s “The Belt and Road” initiative,the activities of diet cultural communication between China and the Arab countries has been increasing. It is worthy of great concern and study that the Sino-Arab diet cultural communication will inevitably bring about the development of related industries such as catering industry and tourism industry,promoting the cultural development and progress between China and the Arab countries. To enter the market of the Belt and Road countries and push the cooperation and communication with the Arab countries on diet culture,it is necessary for Chinese food enterprises to acquire more in-depth knowledge of such questions as the complex geopolitics,the various local conditions and customs,as well as the differences in the attitude toward China. Food optimization will become the new trend of Sino-Arab diet cultural communication. The Sino-Arab diet cultural communication will be deepened through the mechanism perfection on the Halal food certification.
