The scientific and technological culture is the dominant issue in the socio-cultural field. The Sino-Arab scientific and technological communication with glorious history has benefited western and eastern countries. The communication has gathered momentum and appeared promising over the past five years. Based on consummating the concerning projects signed in 2015 China-Arab Exposition，the exchanges in relevant areas have built several cooperation platforms for scientific and technological innovations，and prepared for gathering more momentum for further exchanges in 2016. Certainly，though there is something remarkable in Sino-Arab communication of science and technology，it suffers from a few drawbacks because of the ideological differences and deficiencies of cross-cultural applied research，which therefore 6 related solutions have been proposed in this paper.
