Abe regime’s value diplomacy and active pacifism are manifesta-tions of Japan’s attempt to get rid of their postwar system and remodel “a pros-perous country with a powerful army” by way of historical revisionism. The so-called value diplomacy is by nature a departure from the values by way of mis-use，while the essence of active pacifism is to undermine “peace” by upholding the “peace” banner. To this，China should respond actively on two levels，with strategies on the macro level and with policies on the micro level.
