The report adopted a professional and concise comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the environmental competitiveness in each county in Guangzhou. It listed the main advantages and disadvantages indicators to analyze and summarize the types，the relations to economy and distribution characteristics，and then put forward the overall countermeasures to improve the environment competitiveness in response to the problems pointed out.
