Guangzhou had deepened the key areas reform，explored a number of originated and typical examples with local characteristics，formed a batch of propagable and successful experiences，and gained positive achievements in creating market-oriented and international business environment with rule of law. This report summarized the outstanding highlights and achievements of the economic and ecological civilization system reform in Guangzhou from 2014 to 2016，analyzed the existing problems and put forward the proposals for further reform.
