This report analyzes the current situation of housing use property change in Guangzhou，based on the relevant legislation from UK，Singapore and Taiwan and advanced experiences from Shanghai，Jiangsu，Zhejiang and Guizhou，and then proposed the countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening the management of housing use property change in Guangzhou.
