本报告从贯彻落实党中央国务院、广东省委省政府关于构建和谐劳动关系的意见、促进就业、推行劳动合同和集体合同、健全工资正常增长机制、推进社会保险体制机制创新、完善劳资纠纷处置机制等方面总结了2016年深圳和谐劳动关系发展的状况,分析了深圳在构建和谐劳动关系方面面临的主要问题和挑战。2017年是深圳推进供给侧结构性改革的攻坚之年,展望劳动关系发展的新形势和新任务,本文提出要主动适应经济发展新常态,健全更加多元高效的劳动关系调处机制,提升治理劳动关系矛盾的能力和水平,确保劳动关系工作任务全面完成的建议与对策。
