The Internet platform economy is becoming a new engine of economic development，with China and the United States leading the way at the present. The United States has vigorously promoted the development of the Internet platform economy by strengthening collaborative innovation，intellectual property protection，privacy Iegislation and human resource mechanisms. Zhejiang province，Guangdong province and Beijing city are relatively developed areas of domestic internet platform economy，which is closely related with a comprehensive range of support of the local government，including policy guidance，innovation drive promotion，decentralization，etc. In this area it developed relatively backward in Jiangsu province，so it needs to learn from these experiences and promote the development of the Internet platform economy.
