偃师文化旅游产业具有很好的物质基础，文化旅游开发也已初见成效。但是与偃师丰富厚重的历史文化资源相比，与全省文化旅游的发展现状与发展水平相比，偃师的文化旅游开发显然有些滞后。在国家大力推动供给侧结构性改革、经济转型发展、实施“一带一路”倡议和河南省构筑全国重要的文化发展高地的背景下，偃师文化旅游产业面临难得的发展机遇。偃师应抓住战略机遇，制订文化旅游产业发展规划，明确发展主题，注重资源转化，打造知名品牌，以玄奘故里文化旅游产业园为龙头，推动偃师文化旅游产业快速发展。
Yanshi’s cultural tourism industry is rich in tourism resources，and the development of cultural tourism has achieved initial success. However，compared with the rich historical and cultural resources of Yanshi，the development of cultural tourism in Yanshi is obviously lagging behind the current situation and development level of cultural tourism in Henan province. In the background of the state’s efforts to promote supply-side structural reform，economic transformation and development，the implementation of the “One Belt And One Road” strategy and the establishment of an important cultural development plateau in Henan province，Yanshi’s cultural tourism industry is facing a rare opportunity for development. Yanshi should seize strategic opportunities，formulate cultural tourism plans，identify development themes，focus on resource transformation and build well-known brands，take cultural tourism park of Xuan Zang’s hometown as a leader，to promote the rapid development of Yanshi’s cultural tourism industry.
