China’s population has entered the aging stage，home care has become a more realistic way for urban elderly. Having been promoted in our country for years，home care by far has achieved initial results，but in practice there are still many difficulties. Based on the study of the home care mode in Guangzhou，this paper summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the innovation and development mode，and further promotes the development of the home care mode.
