“十三五”规划提出今后一段时期国家和地方各级政府扶贫工作的重点转向精准扶贫。对精准扶贫工作效果进行科学评估、提出相应的策略调整，对加快中国反贫困事业将起到积极的推进作用。本文通过对一个典型的贫困村的调查，运用综合评价指标对精准扶贫政策实施进行评估，最后针对分析的问题提出对策建议。
Thirteen-Five planning pointed out that the focus of poverty alleviation of state and local governments at all levels will turn to targeted poverty alleviation in the coming period，to evaluate scientifically for targeted poverty alleviation efficiency and propose strategies accordingly to adjust，which will play a positive role to accelerate poverty reduction in our country. This paper based on investigating a typical poor village to evaluate the policies implementing effect of targeted poverty alleviation with comprehensive evaluation index and propose countermeasures and suggestions finally.
