近年来，国家不断推进流动人口卫生计生基本公共服务均等化，越来越多的流动人口可以平等地享受流入地提供的卫生计生服务。2016年，根据国家卫生计生委的统一部署和要求，山东省对流动人口进行了动态监测调查。本文基于对2016年山东省流动人口动态监测数据的分析，阐述当前流动人口的结构、流动特征、健康状况以及公共卫生服务利用现状，揭示流动人口基本公共卫生服务存在的问题，如流动人口社会保障和医疗保障制度不完善、公共服务总体供给不足、流动人口健康服务利用率有待提升等。通过充分认识流动人口基本公共卫生服务面临的新形势、新要求和新任务，提出构建面向流动人口家庭、提升流动人口公共卫生服务水平的对策建议。
In recent years，China has promoted the equalization of the basic public health and family planning services，more and more migrant population can get equal access to the services formerly restricted to the locals. In 2016，according to the requirement of the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China，ShanDong Province conducted the migrant population dynamic monitoring survey. Based on the data of Shandong Province in 2016，this study described the migrant population current structure，characteristics，health status and public health services utilization，and explored some problems of the public health services for migrant population，such as security and medical security system was not perfect，there was a shortage in sanitation resource as well as insufficiency in utilization of public health service among migrant population and so on. Now，the migrant population public health services are facing new situation，new demands and new tasks，thus，our study put forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the level of public health services of migrant population and their families.
