国内庞大的天然气消费量和产量，是建立东北亚区域性天然气交易中心、实施天然气人民币战略的重要支撑。本报告回顾了近年来我国天然气需求迅速增长的过程，并从国际国内政策环境、国际天然气行业发展规律等角度出发，展望了我国天然气需求不断增长的良好前景。在供给方面，目前全球天然气市场供给宽松、价格走低。我国国产气产量持续增长，进口天然气渠道和基础设施不断完善，我国天然气供给保障能力和来源的多元化程度显著提升。此外，我国天然气，特别是非常规天然气勘探开发的理论和技术创新成果不断涌现，国产气新增探明储量和产量大幅增长。管道、储气库、LNG接收站等基础设施建设方面相对滞后，制约了我国天然气行业发展，我国亟待完善相对体制机制，加大基础设施投入。
With the huge consumption and demand of natural gas，China has the best condition to build a regional trading center of natural gas in North-east Asia. The consumption and demand also make the natural gas RMB strategy possible. This report reviews China’s increasing demand of natural gas in the past few years，and outlooks the skyrocketing demand in future. On the supply side，the world natural gas supply is overcapacity，and its price has dropped. As for China，it has increasing output by itself，and its import channels and infrastructure has diversified. Therefore，China has a more secure natural gas supply and diversified import channels. Additionally，the theoretical innovation and technological inventions of unconventional gas resource have led the substantial increase of output of China’s natural gas. Nevertheless，the backwardness of infrastructure，including pipelines，gas storage，LNG receiving station has obstructed the development of China’s natural gas industry，and China has to reform the industry policy，and exp the investment of infrastructure.
