2016年，网络安全形势严峻，关键信息基础设施遭受攻击的情况愈演愈烈。美国、日本、英国等国家逐步完善关键信息基础设施保护相关政策和法规，我国也将关键信息基础设施提升至国家网络安全战略的重点。本文分析了国际通行关键信息基础设施主要做法，提出了我国关键信息基础设施网络安全保护构想，对未来我国在国际网络空间博弈中占据主动具有重要意义。
In 2016，under the grim situation of network security，the critical information infrastructure is being attacked more and more frequently. The United States，Japan，the United Kingdom and other countriesare gradually improving the critical information infrastructure protection policies and regulations. China is also making the protection of critical information infrastructures to the focus of national cyber security strategy. It is of great significance to analyze the key actions of the international critical information infrastructure and put forward the concept of network security protection for the critical information infrastructure in China，which will play an active role in the international cyberspace game.
