As a critical part of the cyberspace，the enhancement of mobile internet governance becomes important. This article discusses the topics of mobile internet governance such as the issues，principles and approaches，clarifying the concepts and logics about mobile internet governance，and to give some suggestions on strengthening China’s discourse power in international cyberspace governance.
