产业政策是促进产业发展的重要推动力量，当前我国已经形成了以《新材料产业“十二五”发展规划》为核心的新材料产业政策体系。我国现行的新材料产业政策体系比较完善，重点突出，保障政策完善，在执行层面上针对新材料的财政投入大、土地保障力度大，产业政策落实情况较好。但是，我国新材料产业政策还缺少相应的统计政策和监管政策作为支撑，激励机制仍需进一步完善。

A policy system for the new material industry has been formed in our country. represented by the 12th Five-Year Plan for the New Material Industry as the core policy. The current policy system for new materials industry is more perfect，and focused. And the safeguard policy such as fiscal policy and land policy is more powerful. However，the new material industrial policy of our country lacks the corresponding statistical policy and regulatory policies，and further perfection needs to be done to prevent excessive incentive.
