三年来，上海自贸试验区重点推进了投资管理、贸易监管、金融开放创新和事中事后监管四方面的制度创新，推出了一系列改革创新举措，取得了一系列成效，同时也存在一些问题。本文总结了上海自贸试验区成立三年来的推进情况以及取得的改革成效，分析了存在的问题，并指出了下一步的发展重点，以期为改革设计者提供决策参考。
Shanghai FTZ has promoted the system innovation of investment management，trade supervision，financial opening innovation and regulation in process and afterwards in three years，and launched a series of reform and innovation measures，and achieved a series of results，at the same time there are some problems. This report summarizes the progress of Shanghai FTZ in three years and the reform results，analyzes the existing problems，and points out the next development focus，to provide decision-making reference for the reform designers.
