前期维特根斯坦对于意义和意谓概念非常关注，该对概念的正确理解对于把握其语言哲学具有至关重要的意义。本文试图围绕学界对于前期维特根斯坦哲学中该对概念的翻译问题出发，分析和比较弗雷格与前期维特根斯坦关于这对概念的理解之间的差异，并同时勾勒出前期维特根斯坦关于这对概念理解的思想变化过程，分析清楚维特根斯坦认为只有命题具有意义，只有名字具有意谓的原因，最后阐明和揭示前期维特根斯坦意义图像论中的命题如何具有意义的逻辑和语义根据。
Early Ludwig Wittgenstein focuses mainly on the concepts of sense and reference. The correct understanding of this pair of concepts is very significant to grasp his philosophy of language. In light of problems of translating these concepts in Chinese academic circle，this paper plans to provide an analysis and comparison about the different understandings between Gottlob Frege and Ludwig Wittgenstein on those two concepts. Secondly，it will also outline the thought development process of Ludwig Wittgenstein on the issue. The paper will then clarify the reason that Wittgenstein argues that only proposition has sense and only name has reference. Lastly，this paper is to expound the logical or linguistic ground of how a proposition has sense in his theory of pictorial sense.
