本文首先归纳总结了自贸区内促进制造业发展的相关政策、措施，尤其是自由贸易试验区发展中海关的制度创新。在此基础上，通过比较分析制造业部分行业出口额、制造业增加值、制造业固定资产投资额、制造业外商直接投资和通关效率等数据阐述了中国（上海）自由贸易试验区对制造业的影响。研究结果显示，以上海自贸区为例的海关制度创新对制造业的发展整体上具有促进作用，并且该影响主要体现在“质”的变化，即制造业结构的调整。
This paper summarizes the relevant policies and measures of promoting the development of manufacturing industry in the free trade zone，especially the institutional innovation of the Customs in the development of free trade zones. On this basis，through the comparative analysis of export volume of manufacturing sector，added value of manufacturing industry，value of fixed assets investment，FDI in the manufacturing industry and efficiency of customs clearance，this paper elaborates on the influence of China’s（Shanghai）FTZ on manufacturing industry. The research shows that the customs institutional innovation has a positive effect on the development of the manufacturing industry based on the example of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone，，and the influence is mainly reflected in the change of “quality”，i.e. the adjustment of manufacturing structure.
