“一带一路”倡议提出后,东北亚的通道建设迎来了重大历史机遇,东北亚各国的发展战略都高度重视通道建设。目前,东北亚区域已形成一定规模的交通运输网,在图们江次区域,有建设和规划中的东西向运输网络;纵贯朝鲜半岛南北的铁路网在半岛形势缓和的历史时期曾经畅通;俄朝铁路已修复通车;中蒙铁路对接正在全力推进。但东北亚的通道建设也面临着资金、安全等制约因素,需要各方共同努力化解。
After “the Belt and Road” initiative,the channel construction in Northeast Asia is facing a major historical opportunity,Northeast Asian countries have attached great importance to the development of strategic channel construction. Currently,Northeast Asia has formed a certain scale of the transport network,in the Tumen River subregion,there are constructed and planning eastern and westen transportation network;runsning through the Korean Peninsula rail network in the historical period Peninsula had detente smooth;Russia and the DPRK have been fixed rail traffic;Sino-Mongolian railway is pushing the butt. Passage in Northeast Asia but also face financial,security and other constraints,requires all parties to work together to resolve.
