本文以为，为推进国别和区域研究应借鉴发达国家经验。其中，美国的国别和区域研究的学科化发展与实体机构建设基本同步，而我国对此尚无学科之名，使学科化建设受阻。为此，应发展增设“国别和区域学”的学科论证工作，进而解决国别和区域研究的人才培养问题。
In order to promote international and regional studies in China，we should draw on the experiences of developed countries. Among them，US has managed synchronization between discipline development and entity construction. This studies has not been deemed as a discipline yet in China，which is blocking its development. Therefore，more attention should be paid to examine the feasibility of disciplinizing international and regional studies，and subsequently address the issue of talents cultivation in this studies.
