旅游业是澳门经济的支柱产业，旅游产业生产总值占澳门总体生产总值的一半以上，旅游业也吸引了大量澳门本地就业人口。2016年澳门首个五年规划提出要将澳门建设成“世界旅游休闲中心”的目标，旅游业的人力资源状况和供给能力成为建设世界旅游休闲中心的重要基础。本报告分析了狭义旅游业下，酒店、餐饮和零售业这些除娱乐博彩业外澳门旅游主要的相关支持产业的人力资源状况，以体现澳门现时旅游行业人力资源的发展状况和特征，并为澳门旅游业人力资源发展给出相关建议。
Tourism is the pillar industry of Macau’s economy，which accounts for more than half of Macau’s gross domestic product and absorbs a large number of local working population. In 2016，Macau’s first five-year plan proposed to build Macao into the “World Tourism and Leisure Center”. The status and supply of tourism human resources become an very important foundation for the world’s tourism and leisure center building. This report analyzes the status of human resources in the tourism，hospitality，catering and retail sectors which is the major supporting industry for Macau tourism，and summarizes the characteristics of tourism human resources in Macau，and gives some advices on the improvement of human resources policies.
