The city can provide diversified products or services for tourists to meet the city’s social and economic development goals. Facing the limited natural resources and the small domestic demand，if Macau SAR could be able to capture the opportunities and leverage the dynamic changes to construct the “World Tourism and Leisure Centre” despite of the fierce competition in the international tourism market，its economic competitiveness would be enhanced，thus，supporting the region to reach for another round of economic growth.
