金融监管往往在人们付出了巨大代价之后受到重视。金融危机的爆发以剧烈的方式对金融监管起到了提示作用。我们要理解金融监管，首先要研究金融危机。为此本文梳理了金融危机的征兆和其中的监管缺位，研究了金融危机演变机制和政策反思，总结了对金融监管体系的几点认识，最后结合我国金融市场发展现状，提出对我国加强金融监管的若干建议。
Financial supervision is accepted only after a lot of cost. The burst of financial crisis can prompt financial supervision. We should study financial crisis before we understand financial supervision. This paper studied some signs of financial crisis and the lack of financial supervision，the evolution of crisis and policy consideration，proposed some points of financial supervision. In the end of this paper，some proposals for reinforcing financial supervision were given based on the real development of our financial market.
