This article review the conflict of the oil plain under the East Sea and how to try to solve it in the diplomatic way.Then analyze the reason why it happens in the version of domestic politic,diplomatic,economic profits,the right of Diaoyu Island,the right of ocean and the interfere by foreign countries.
