本文从全球经济特区的历史演变出发，就经济特区结构、空间、功能及管理维度随宏观经济环境的演变而发生的变化进行了探讨和分析。着重结合所选定国家的经济特区，就经济特区发展特点及其成功的重要因素进行了深入研究。同时，本文重新审视了当代世界经济特区的相关性，在剖析目前经济特区激增的根本原因的基础上，总结了成功的经济特区的经验，并指出成功创立经济特区的关键要素。
This paper，starting from the historical evolution of global special economic zones，analyzes the various structures，space，functions and management dimensions of the special economic zones with the evolution of global economic environment. This paper makes a deep research on the development characteristics and the important factors for the success of the special economic zones in the selected countries. This paper inspects the correlation of the special economic zones in the current world again，summarizes the experience of successful special economic zones based on the analysis of root causes of increasing special economic zones currently，and then puts forward the key factors for developing successful special economic zones.
