近年来,在被称为“失去的二十年”的经济环境下,连续十余年低迷的日本花卉产业陷入自二战以来最为艰难的困境。由于花卉生产经营体数量明显减少、国民消费低迷及消费者意识变化等原因,日本花卉产业面临着国内供给能力持续弱化、花卉市场规模逐步萎缩和花卉品质要求不断提升等诸多问题。日本花卉界正通过开展“花育”活动、扩大对外出口、主动创造市场需求、健全低碳冷链带水运输系统、普及花卉观赏保质期销售等措施,振兴花卉产业。
Japanese flower industry has been in the worse recession since the end of WWII for more than ten years,in the context of Japan’s overall economic depression in the recent twenty years. Due to from the decreasing number of producer,the weak consumption market and changes of consumer awareness,Japanese flower industry is faced with such problems as the weakening domestic supply capacity,the gradual contracting of the market and customers’ increased quality request. Enterprises in Japanese flower industry are working to revitalize the industry by launching flower breeding activities,expanding exports,creating market demand,improving modern transport system and popularizing warranty sales.
