自2007年自由贸易区战略上升为国家战略以来，我国的自由贸易区建设取得了一系列进展。面对全球自由贸易区发展的新态势，自由贸易区的建设成效直接关系着我国能否在国际经贸规则制定和世界经济新格局中把握主动，实现经济的转型和发展。以亚太地区为代表的周边地区是中国自由贸易区建设的核心地区，而中日两国同属亚太国家，在亚太地区既存在广泛的经贸合作，又面临诸多利益争端。本文在回顾中日两国自由贸易区建设轨迹的基础上，运用前景理论分析了日本面对中国在亚太地区建设自由贸易区过程中的矛盾心理，为中日两国在亚太地区自由贸易区建设中的博弈提供了新的分析视角。
With the rise of FTA strategy as a national strategy，China’s FTA construction has made great progress. In the new trend of global trade liberalization，the FTA construction determines China’s position in the global economic and trade pattern，as well as the prospect of economic transformation and development. The Asia-Pacific region is the key area in the construction of China’s FTA. China and Japan are both Asia-Pacific countries and are faced with extensive economic cooperation as well as controversies over interest. Based on the review of Chinese and Japanese FTA development，the article，based on the prospect theory，analyzes the Japan’s ambivalence in the development of China’s FTA strategy and provides a new perspective for the cooperation and competition between China and Japan in FTA construction in Asia-Pacific region.
