Staffs of high-level in Kyrgyzstan changed frequently in 2016，president of parliament election twisting and turning，then the political forces ran a fierce game on whether to amend constitution and finally the supporters win. However，as a “democratic island” in Central Asia，Kyrgyzstan’s national vulnerability remains obvious，mainly in the economic area. In the field of diplomacy，Kyrgyzstan has strengthened the security cooperation with the major powers of the world and neighboring countries to jointly cope with the threat of terrorism as well.
