人民币国际化进程是一个渐进长期的过程，上海合作组织作为区域间的重要经济合作组织，其为人民币国际化搭建了由区域化向国际化迈进的重要平台。本文首先分析了人民币国际化的发展现状；进而通过分析上合组织成员国、观察员国和对话伙伴国的经济、金融以及中国与其贸易投资现状，进一步考察人民币在上合组织区域内的跨境贸易结算、投融资交易、国际使用情况；在此基础上分析人民币在上合组织区域化所面临的机遇和挑战，进而对人民币在上合组织区域化的发展前景进行展望，并提出对策建议。
The process of internationalization of RMB is an asymptomatic process. As an important economic cooperation organization among regions，Shanghai Cooperation Organization has set up a “platform” for internationalization of RMB from regionalization to internationalization. This paper analyzed the current situation of the development of RMB internationalization，and then examined the cross-border trade settlement of RMB in the SCO region，investment and financing transactions and international use by analyzing the current situation of the SCO member countries，observer countries and dialogue partners’ own economy，finance and the trade and investment with China. On this basis，it analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced by the RMB in the regionalization of the SCO，and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of RMB in the regionalization of the SCO.
