2015年是中国海洋环境发展取得巨大成就的一年，本文在总体概括本年度海洋环境状况的基础上，以2015年内发生的重大海洋环境事件为例，重点阐述了我国海洋生态环境、海洋资源环境以及海洋环境执法三方面的发展状况。海洋环境发展在本年度虽然取得了一些成绩，但是当前海洋环境发展中的疏漏与不足仍不能忽视，环境保护任重道远。最后，针对当前发展过程中的重大问题提供了可行性建议。
The development of China oceanic environment made great achievements in 2015.Based on the summary of oceanic environment condition of this year，this report illustrated the development situation on three respects of oceanic ecologic environment，resources environment and law enforcement with the example of great oceanic events occurred in 2015.Then，the report indicated that even though some achievements were made on the filed of oceanic environment，there were still remaining omissions which could not be ignored at present.Therefor，it is a long way to go on the oceanic environment protection.At last，some practical suggestions are proposed on some major issues according to the process of environment development.
