近年来，城市暴雨频发，对城市暴雨灾害的机理分析有助于设计合理的应对策略。本文对城市暴雨灾害的机理进行分析，并以此为基础提出应对策略。首先，本文分析了城市暴雨灾害各个组成因素以及它们之间的关系；其次从城市暴雨发生、发展以及演化的角度，分析了灾害发生的原因、发展过程以及特点；最后在分析暴雨灾害形成的机理的基础上，提出防范城市暴雨灾害发生以及灾害不同阶段的应对策略。
In recent years，urban storms are frequent，and the mechanism of urban storm disaster is helpful to the design of reasonable countermeasures. In this paper，the mechanism of urban storm disaster is analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward. Firstly，this paper analyzes the various components of urban storm disaster and the relationship between them，and then analyzes the causes，development process and characteristics of the disaster from the point of view of the occurrence，development and evolution of urban storms. Finally，after analyzing the mechanism of storm disaster，the countermeasures against the occurrence of urban storm disaster and the different stages of disaster are put forward.
